Most HBCF projects undertaken in the District will now be under the HomeAid brand. Other projects in Maryland will continue to be Home Builders Care projects. | HBC Utilities LLC - a new way to support HBCF
Through the formation of HBC Utilities, Home Builders Care is requesting contributions of front foot benefit assessments (FFBAs) for lots that are being developed in Maryland. Our objective is to establish an endowment base so that we can sustain the increased efforts of the Home Builders Care Program. An investment with HBC Utilities would help Home Builders Care sustain a source of revenue as a hedge against any future downturns in the industry that would affect our ability to fundraise. Please contact the HBCF office to learn more about this giving opportunity. 301-445-5410. | |
