Bid Opportunties with the
ARC of Carroll County

Help Us Build Two New Accessible Homes in Westminster

THE PROJECT
The Home Builders Care Foundation, along with Habitat Carroll County, is assisting The ARC of Carroll County with the construction of two state-of-the-art accessible and affordable houses for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Carroll County.  

PROJECT LOCATION
The two homes are located at 200 Snowfall Way and 201 Snowfall Way in Westminster MD.
​The lots were donated by the City of Westminster and building permits are secured.

​The team is currently seeking bids for work as well as in-kind donations and discounts - for the two houses.

​GRANT FUNDING REQUIREMENTS
The ARC Carroll County received two Legislative Bond Initiatives (LBIs) under the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan. The state's funding rules calls for bid requirements, spending limitations and other obligations that apply to these bond grants. 

The ARC project needs to receive multiple bids on the project. As this is a charity project, i
n-kind donations and discounts most welcome.
