(Fulton, Maryland) – On September 12, 2023, the Home Builders Care Foundation (HBCF) proudly presented the Robert L. Mitchell Founders Award to Mr. Edward St. John, the Founder and Chairman of St. John Properties, in recognition for his lifetime of leadership and commitment to community and charitable service. As the official charity of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), HBCF works to give back to the community by utilizing the skills and resources of building industry members to serve the homeless and others in need of shelter and care. As one of our industry’s most prominent leaders, Ed Mr. St. John understands the value of HBCF’s mission of giving back to community. Mr. St. John founded his company in 1971 and has been a leader in the building industry ever since.
