Ulman Foundation - Ulman House for cancer patients

On July 14, 2018 the Ulman Foundation celebrated the grand opening of its new “home away from home” for young cancer patients and their caregivers in East Baltimore, near Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Members of MBIA’s Future Industry Leaders (FIL) Council were there! For the past several months, FIL members and Home Builders Care have worked in support of the project - ensureing that the community kitchen was first rate - with quality durable cabinets, countertops and appliances. FIL members even helped the Ulman House obtain special parking permits from the City of Baltimore. Special Thanks to MBIA members Kitchen and Bath Creations and Appliance Distributors Unlimited for helping supply materials to this special project and to FIL Members Adam Van Bavel (O’Neil Interactive) and Jeff Barba (Gnu Homes) for all of their leadership. |
