HBCF partners with other nonprofits to help vulnerable populations in need safe shelter and supportive services such as:

• homeless men, women and children and families
• veterans
• youth aging out of foster care
• pregnant women/young mothers
• victims of domestic violence
• elderly, low income persons

• persons with mental health issues
• the physically-disabled

• ex-offenders in need of support
