HBCF partners with other nonprofits to help vulnerable populations in need safe shelter and supportive services such as:
homeless men, women and children and families
veterans
youth aging out of foster care
pregnant women/young mothers
victims of domestic violence
elderly, low income persons
persons with mental health issues
the physically-disabled
persons suffering with major illnesses
ex-offenders in need of support
persons recovering from substance abuse
families in crisis
